Missouri JwJ joins Don’t Shot Coalition for Ferguson October

Ferguson October SolidarityAs part of the Don’t Shoot Coalition, Missouri Jobs with Justice joined thousands of people at the “Justice for All” March and Rally on October 11 in St. Louis.

In his speech at the MO AFL-CIO Convention this month, AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka said, “It’s time to draw a line. Some people are still getting hurt in our communities because of the color of their skin, and that’s not right.”

Missouri JwJ stood with our member organizations, Organization for Black Struggle, Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment, the Missouri AFL-CIO, and many others on our side of the line and we hope you can be there with us.
