For nearly two decades Missouri has ranked last in pay for our hard working state employees. After years of neglect, there is finally a call to give state workers a long overdue increase, including setting a base minimum rate of $15/hour and a 5.5% cost of living adjustment. This would raise wages of more than 50,000 state workers, including those who care for some of our state’s most vulnerable residents in youth services, mental health, veterans and social services.
Now, we’re one step away! Send a message now to keep the pressure up >>>
While some politicians and wealthy corporate interests don’t think these hardworking Missourians are worth $15, we do. Thanks to the work of leaders like you, even Gov. Parson has said that these state workers need a raise.
